GLBT Resource Center of Michiana Groups

The GLBT Resource Center of Michiana, located at 1522 Mishawaka Avenue in  South Bend, serves the GLBT community of the Northern Indiana and Southern Western Michigan areas, including South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, LaPorte, Buchanan, and Niles and everywhere in between!

We have a variety of groups to meet your specific needs!  All groups are free, confidential, and meet at the Center at the times listed below.

    

Men's Group -  a support group open to adult gay, bisexual, and transgender men

.The Men's Group is meeting the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM. Please email mensgroup@michianaglbtcenter.org for more information.

Women's Group - a social/support group open to adult lesbian and bisexual women

The Women's Group is currently meeting at 7:00 PM on the 1st Tuesday of the month. Please email womensgroup@michianaglbtcenter.org for more information.

    

    

QueerOUT - Youth group open to all GLBT, questioning and affirming straight youth age 21 or younger

The youth group meets every Friday night at 6:30 PM. Questions? Please contact Alex or Alicia, the Center’s Youth leaders at youth@michianaglbtcenter.org or visit their Facebook group.

Michiana Transgender Alliance - Michiana Transgender Alliance is dedicated to providing transgendered individuals, their friends, family and SO's with the support, resource information and education they need in a safe and comfortable environment.

Meetings are held at 7:00pm on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Please email Nick at michianatransgenderalliance@yahoo.com for more information.

HIV+/AIDS Support Group is not currently meeting. Please contact AIDS Ministries/AIDS Assist if you are in need of testing or support.
